The Blue Hearts - they'll be at the festvial!

Starting at 2:00 PM on on both Saturday and Sunday (July 6 and 7, 2019), enjoy an exciting weekend and some great blues bands. The Chemainus Valley Blues Festival will be a highlight of the year on Vancouver Island for all who enjoy quality blues music. As a special treat, the emcee will be bluesman Gene Grooms (shown below) - so it will be a good show.

Gene Grooms Relax and enjoy this wonderful weekend in the beautiful surroundings of Waterwheel Park in Chemainus, beneath the great Douglas firs and giant cedars of this unique music venue. The festival is conveniently located for blues lovers from the Cowichan Valley, Duncan, Ladysmith, Nanaimo and Victoria.

Admission is by a suggested donation of $20 for one day, or $30 for the weekend.

Bands include: David Gogo, Mark Crissinger, the Deb Rhymer Band, SP & Johnny's Rhumba Kings, South Island Rhythm Kings, Luv Train, Auntie Kate & The Uncles of Funk, and The Blue Hearts
